Before joining OLAMS Prime Property Integrated Limited, Yusuf was the Director of Homesvale Reality Global Limited from December 2018 to March 2022. He had previously served as the Marketing Head for Prime Water Views Holdings. During his tenure as the Director, the organization witnessed series of significant transformations, one of which was the company’s meteoric rise from mid-table to one of the leading Real Estate companies in Lagos and also enhanced its top ranking among Real Estate and Property Management companies in Nigeria. It was during his four-year service at the helm that Homesvale Reality Global Limited also successfully accessed the local and international markets through partnership and collaborations, alongside other key transformational and financial growth achievements. Yusuf joined Homesvale Reality Global Limited from after a 9 year career journey. He was, at various times, Marketing Executive, Marketing Sales Executive, Group Supervisor, and Marketing Head On the International real estate and property management sphere, Mr. Adelakun has a rich Corporate Board experience having overseen a couple of acquisition and sales of highbrow estates and properties for international clients. Yusuf holds a BSc Business Administration from the Enugu Science and Tech, Nigeria and Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from the Polytechnic, Mr. Yusuf has attended Real Estate and Management training programes at The Trainery NG, El Script Training Academy and Eximious Academy.
